Job Description
Role & responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Provision and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS or Azure using Terraform (IaC)
- Containerise applications with Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes (EKS / AKS)
- Automate routine tasks with Python, Bash or PowerShell scripts
- Monitor systems with Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch or ELK, and resolve production issues
- Manage Git repositories, branching strategies and release processes
- Apply security best practices: IAM, secrets management, vulnerability scanning
- Work with development and QA teams on smooth, reliable releases
Must-Have Skills
- 26 years of hands-on DevOps / Cloud experience
- AWS or Azure (EC2/VMs, VPC/VNet, S3/Blob, IAM)
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins / GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Terraform or CloudFormation
- Linux administration and shell scripting
- Git
