Graphic Designer

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating innovative, high-quality visual content that communicates the company’s brand identity across digital and print platforms. This role requires a balance of creativity, precision, and technical expertise to deliver impactful designs that support corporate goals and life-saving initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education: Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 2 -3 years of professional graphic design experience with a proven track record.
• Core Skills: Layout, typography, color theory, composition, iconography, and visual storytelling.
• Software Proficiency: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, AI design tools; video editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
• Preferred Skills: Strong understanding of UX/UI principles; experience in both digital and print media.
• Soft Skills: Creativity, attention to detail, independence, accountability, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Creativity: -Work on diverse projects, developing designs that align with company objectives.
• Conceptualize visuals, execute brand identity, and balance usage of colors, typography, and imagery.
• Design digital assets including banners, social media creatives, website visuals, and email templates.
• Create print materials such as product packaging, brochures, infographics, signage, and stationery.
• Collaboration & Brand Alignment: Work closely with teams and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and project alignment.
• Contribute creative ideas for branding, marketing campaigns, and problem-solving.
• Quality & Consistency: Review, refine, and finalize designs to meet the highest standards of creativity, precision, and brand voice.
• Maintain adherence to design principles, ethical standards, and project deadlines.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
