We’re looking for driven, coachable people who want to build a career in the life insurance industry. You don’t need to be licensed yet, and you don’t need prior insurance experience. You do need a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the drive to build something of your own.

We provide paid licensing study materials, training, lead support, and ongoing mentorship to help you get started.

You’ll be joining an established agency of approximately 150 agents, with access to more than 30 insurance carriers, including Aetna, Mutual of Omaha, Transamerica, F&G, National Life Group, Fidelity Life, and more.

This is a self-employed opportunity for someone who wants to build their own business rather than work a traditional 9-to-5 job.

What You’ll Do

• Complete the required pre-licensing education and pass your state licensing exam.
• Learn how to educate families about life insurance and their coverage options.
• Speak with prospective clients, conduct appointments, and follow up with leads.
• Learn to work with multiple carriers to find suitable coverage for clients.
• Build relationships and develop your own client base.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching.
• Manage your own activity and take responsibility for your growth.

This is a self-employed, independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-based, not salaried, and income is not guaranteed. Licensing and carrier appointments are required before conducting activities that require authorization. Licensing study materials are provided; applicable exam, application, and licensing fees should be confirmed during the interview process. Lead costs and contractual terms may apply.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $240,000.00 per year
