About The Role We’re looking for an experienced CRM Manager to drive customer engagement, retention and loyalty across UK and EEA markets.

In this role, you’ll design, deliver and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns, using customer data and insights to create personalised experiences throughout the customer journey.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing or retention marketing.
• Hands-on experience delivering multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong understanding of customer segmentation, automated journeys and personalisation.
• Experience analysing campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Knowledge of GDPR and UK/EEA marketing regulations.
• Experience in fintech, financial services or consumer technology.
• Hands-on experience with Braze, Iterable or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with dynamic content, personalisation and scaling CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and in-app messaging.
• Manage customer onboarding, activation and retention journeys.
• Use customer segmentation and data insights to personalise campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance and optimise results through A/B testing.
• Work closely with Growth, Product and Data teams to improve customer engagement and lifetime value.
• Ensure campaigns comply with GDPR and relevant communication regulations.
