Floor Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead from the front and deliver exceptional customer experiences on our retail floor. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll inspire and coach colleagues, drive commercial performance, and ensure our customers receive the expert service that John Bell & Croyden is known for.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate the retail floor team throughout the trading day.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create memorable shopping experiences.
• Drive sales, customer conversion and average transaction value.
• Coach and develop colleagues to achieve their full potential.
• Maintain exceptional standards of merchandising, stock availability and store presentation.
• Support operational excellence, compliance, health & safety and keyholder duties.
• Deputise for the Retail Store Manager when required.

What You’ll Bring

Essential

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail leadership or management role.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Proven experience coaching and developing teams.
• Commercial awareness and a results-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, organisational and IT skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.

Desirable

• Luxury retail experience.
• Experience within healthcare, beauty or wellbeing sectors.
• HCA qualification or relevant training.
• Personal interest in health and wellbeing.
