Virtual Assistant - Media Production & Coordination

About Us
We’re a real estate media company known for listing photography and video, and we’ve expanded into personal brand content for agents: headshots, promo videos, social media content, YouTube, and podcasts. We’re looking for a sharp, reliable virtual assistant to keep our projects organized and moving.
The Role
You’ll be the link between our clients, our creative team, and the final product. Your day will include editing in Canva, light video editing, placing work orders, tracking every task to completion, and making sure finished media reaches the right person on time. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for someone who takes pride in getting the details right.

What You’ll Do

• Create and edit graphics in Canva for social media, marketing, and client deliverables
• Edit short-form videos (trimming, captions, music, branding)
• Serve as the point of contact for coordinating media materials for events and shoots
• Place and manage work orders with our team and vendors
• Track tasks and confirm each one is completed and checked off
• Deliver finished media to the correct client or team member
• Respond quickly to messages from clients and the team throughout your shift
• Take feedback on your work throughout the day and turn revisions around promptly

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent written and spoken English
• Clear, professional, and friendly communication
• Experience with Canva (required)
• Experience with video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail; you catch mistakes before they go out
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once
• Comfortable receiving direct feedback and critiques, and applying them quickly
• Fast response times and dependable availability
• Experience in real estate, marketing, or media production
• Familiarity with project management tools: Claude, ChatGPT, Google Workspace, Slack
• Basic social media knowledge (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

Availability

• Must be at your computer and reachable for your entire shift, aside from scheduled breaks
• Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Arizona/MST]
• A quiet, distraction-free workspace

Technology Requirements

• A computer capable of running Canva and video editing software smoothly
• A second monitor with clear, color-accurate display
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Working webcam and headset/microphone for calls

Pay: Php37,824.00 per month
