The Facilities and Real Estate team is seeking a highly analytical Senior Software Engineer with React to join a collaborative team focused on modernization of complex real estate systems utilizing a modern tech stack. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ full-stack development experience, demonstrate servant leadership qualities, and possess a desire to continuously learn.Location: Flexible Hybrid (8 days per month in Lakeland, FL)Work Model:

Your Impact

• Hands-on development work within a cross-functional team environment utilizing agile methodologies
• Convert requirements to technical design, develop high-quality solutions, and implement while collaborating with other technical and business areas
• Define and communicate development scope, resource estimates, and risks to the product owner and/or manager
• Collaborate with product owner and team members to develop features and user stories with clear requirements and acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other analytical disciplines, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years full-stack web development experience leveraging .NET Core (or .NET Framework 4.0 or above) including C#, MVC, Web API, and Microsoft Entity Framework
• 5+ years of experience working with one or more of the following frontend technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise class solutions using object-oriented analysis and design, design patterns, UML, service-oriented architecture, and solution frameworks
• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise database management system (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata, DB2) including database design and authoring complex queries
• 5+ years of experience analyzing and translating business requirements into technology solutions that consider system performance, usability, quality, cross-system interdependencies, and scalability
• 5+ years of experience planning and managing all activates associated with delivering solutions in a large-scale distributed environment
