About the Team

Join our Data Platform & Analytics team, where we:

• Design & build cloud-native data platforms
• Deliver mission-critical insights for insurers
• Build secure, scalable, and reliable SaaS services
• Drive innovation using AI and modern engineering practices

You will play a pivotal role in building next-generation analytics SaaS services that power Guidewires industry-leading cloud platform.

What Youll Do

• Design & develop large-scale cloud-native SaaS services
• Build production-grade applications using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices
• Develop real-time stream processing systems
• Deploy services on AWS / Public Cloud
• Own end-to-end CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure scalability, availability & data security
• Contribute to a culture of innovation & responsible AI usage

What Were Looking For

• 5.6- 8 years of hands-on software development experience

• Strong expertise in:

• Java
• Spring Boot
• Microservices

• Multithreading

• AWS or other public cloud experience
• Strong knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
• Experience with relational DBs / Redshift / scalable data stores
• Solid understanding of Distributed Systems
  (Consistency, Availability, Fault Tolerance, Consensus, etc.)

Good to Have

• React.js or Angular
• Kubernetes / Docker / Terraform
• Experience in analytics SaaS & real-time streaming systems
