Role: IBM DataPower SME/Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced IBM DataPower SME/Developer with hands-on expertise in XML-based integrations, Java development, MDM, and IAM platforms. The role involves application development, middleware integration, platform administration, production support, and change management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, develop, and troubleshoot IBM DataPower services, XML routing, and transformations.
  • Develop and support Java-based APDS applications and integrations.
  • Support MDM, MPI, IAM, ID Toolkit, PSIM, and related platforms.
  • Administer ServiceNow (SNOW) for incident, request, and change management.
  • Perform deployments, patching, upgrades, testing, and production troubleshooting.
  • Document integration flows, technical changes, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with IBM DataPower .
  • Java development and XML technologies (XML, XSLT, SOAP/REST).
  • Knowledge of MDM, MPI, IAM, and enterprise integrations.
  • ServiceNow implementation and change management.
  • Agile software development methodology.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.
