Senior Product Manager (Trust and Safety) – High-Impact Product (CET ±3) - fully remote - up to €112k!

About the Role

This is a highly autonomous role for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys turning ambitious ideas into products used by millions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Safety & legal product strategy and delivery.
• Internally developed moderation technologies.
• Third-party safety partnerships and integrations.
• Safety dashboards, monitoring, and quality assurance.
• Red teaming and adversarial testing.
• Trust and safety reviews for new features.
• Incident follow-through and continuous improvement.

The position is fully remote (within CET ±3), long-term, and offers compensation of up to €112,000 for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

Essential

• Experience in scaling consumer-facing digital products.
• Strong understanding of AI, machine learning or LLM-based products.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs and success metrics.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design and data teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A highly proactive, ownership-driven approach.
• Experience working in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
