Graphic Designer & Content Creator (Full-Time, Remote)

Shift: Primarily Chile business hours (approx. 6 PM-2 AM IST), with some flexibility

About us
We’re an established hardware and tools retailer with a sister brand in the barber and beauty space. We’re relaunching on Shopify, rolling out a new brand identity, and scaling our social and ad presence. You’ll own the visuals behind all of it.

Key responsibilities

• Design daily posts, stories, and carousels for Instagram and Facebook
• Create Meta ad creatives in multiple formats and iterate based on performance data
• Edit short-form video (Reels and Stories) with simple motion graphics
• Build Shopify assets: banners, collection graphics, and email pop-ups
• Retouch and standardize product images across a ~200-SKU catalog
• Roll out our new logo across templates, social, and the website
• Build and maintain a reusable template library
• Work with the content lead on a weekly content calendar and daily posting targets

Required skills

• 3-5 years of graphic design experience, ideally in e-commerce or social-first brands
• Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva
• Video editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects
• Knowledge of Meta ad specs and mobile-first design
• Image retouching and background removal
• Ability to deliver high daily volume on tight deadlines
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Comfortable working independently and across time zones
