What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for contractors and field technicians
• Handle inbound calls and support requests
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently
• Document case information accurately and thoroughly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Equipment provided
• Must live within commuting distance of Albany, NY, as initial training and occasional business needs will require in-person attendance at the Albany office

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
