A leading organization is seeking an experienced Tableau Developer to support its ongoing business intelligence and reporting requirements. This is a hands-on contract opportunity focused on developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Tableau reports, ensuring accurate and reliable reporting across the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day Tableau report development, working with existing datasets, investigating reporting discrepancies, and resolving issues where data is missing, incorrect, or inconsistent.

We are specifically seeking a self-sufficient Tableau Developer who is comfortable working with complex or imperfect data and can independently manage reporting requirements without extensive oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and maintain Tableau reports and dashboards.
• Investigate and troubleshoot missing, incorrect, or inconsistent data within Tableau reports.
• Identify and resolve reporting issues by investigating underlying data.
• Work with incomplete, inconsistent, or poorly structured datasets.
• Support ongoing Tableau reporting requirements and modifications.
• Take ownership of reporting tasks and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Utilize SQL or Databricks to investigate data and support reporting activities.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
• Experience troubleshooting reporting issues and identifying data discrepancies.
• Experience working with complex, inconsistent, or incomplete datasets.
• Working experience with SQL or Databricks.
• Ability to independently develop, maintain, and troubleshoot Tableau reports.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working within commercial real estate or the wider real estate industry.
• Consulting experience, particularly delivering reporting solutions for clients.
• Experience working in reporting environments with complex or unreliable data.
