Job Description

Role: Technical Consultant – ServiceNow

Location: Fully Remote

Duration: 12+ Months

Rate: Open all inclusive on Corp-Corp

Required Certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS (relevant implementation specialization)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • 4–8+ years in ServiceNow development and implementation.
  • Develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications.
  • Implement solutions using Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, record producers, and approval processes.
  • Develop custom scoped applications using ServiceNow App Engine.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems through REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
  • Configure and implement ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, optimize performance, and resolve production defects.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Manage application deployment through Update Sets, Application Repository, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with architects and business consultants to translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills: JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, App Engine, REST APIs, Integration Hub, CMDB, and debugging.

Preferred: ServiceNow ATF, Service Portal, UI Builder, Workspace development, Git integration, and DevOps practices.
