About the Opportunity:

The CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (REMOTE) role is essential for managing inbound client and financial professional inquiries related to a range of insurance products. This position supports the organization by delivering timely, accurate, and effective service that helps clients understand and navigate their financial options, contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 45-55 incoming calls daily, addressing simple to complex market-sensitive inquiries.
• Provide exceptional customer service in line with departmental standards for attendance, quality, productivity, and adherence.
• Participate in and complete ongoing training to stay updated on policies, products, and procedures.
• Navigate multiple administrative and product-specific systems efficiently.
• Perform basic calculations using online tools.
• Work varied shifts Monday through Friday within specified hours.
• Maintain communication and collaboration with team members and floor support as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma.
• Over one year of customer service experience demonstrating superior skills.
• Preferred: College degree.
• Preferred: Knowledge of death claim retirement and life insurance products and understanding of financial markets.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple systems simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
• Ability to learn and retain detailed information quickly.
• Professionalism, reliability, and commitment to attendance standards.
• Capacity to work independently and within a team in a structured environment.
• Ability to manage high call volumes and remain seated at a workstation for extended periods.

Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Base salary of $45,760 with additional compensation through base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentives depending on role and responsibility.
