• Roofing knowledge Preferred but not necessary

• Experience in delivering materials to job sites
• Excellent listening skills
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge- preferred
• Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is highly valued and considered a strong plus to assist with

diverse project teams and site contacts

We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Construction Assistant. A construction assistant works with his/her superiors to oversee the daily management, coordination, and successful completion of delivering exceptional roofing services for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process
• Adapt to changes in the roofing business and to roofing demands
• Pull and stage materials for jobs
• Pick up and drop off material to designated worksites
• Clean and organize shop and material yard
• Assist repair technicians when needed
• Have experience in pulling 20’ trailer
• Other Assigned responsibilities

Physical Activities

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; frequently required to talk or hear; and occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance and color vision.
