DevOps Engineer

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI technology business that’s transforming how highly regulated organisations manage complex operational workflows. Following significant growth and increasing customer demand, they’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to help scale their platform and infrastructure.

This is an opportunity to join a small, highly capable engineering team where you’ll have genuine ownership and influence. Rather than maintaining legacy systems, you’ll help shape the future of the platform, improve scalability, automate infrastructure and support the next stage of business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking ownership of AWS infrastructure and cloud operations.
• Building and improving infrastructure using Terraform.
• Managing and enhancing CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Supporting platform scalability as customer demand grows.
• Driving automation and reducing manual operational workloads.
• Improving observability, monitoring, security and reliability.
• Working closely with engineers to create a seamless path from idea to production.
• Contributing to infrastructure security and compliance initiatives.

Experience across all technologies isn’t essential. The business values strong engineering fundamentals and the ability to learn quickly.

• Experience operating DevOps or Platform environments within AWS.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and automation.
• Experience building or maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of databases and system design principles.
• Someone who takes ownership and enjoys solving problems.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work autonomously.
• A growth mindset and desire to continuously develop your skills.
