Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Packaging Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in brand identity, product packaging, marketing creatives, digital design, and print production. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs across product packaging, social media, advertising, e-commerce platforms, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency and meeting commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Marketing Creatives

Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, websites, brochures, catalogues, and presentations.

Develop creative concepts and visual designs based on brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

Maintain consistent branding across digital and print materials.

Adapt existing designs to different sizes, formats, and platforms.

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to deliver engaging campaign creatives.

Create Amazon and e-commerce product listing images, banners, and promotional graphics.

2. Packaging Design & Print Production

Design product packaging, labels, boxes, pouches, sleeves, and other packaging materials.

Develop attractive, practical packaging concepts aligned with brand identity and product requirements.

Prepare print-ready artwork with accurate dimensions, bleed, dielines, colour modes, typography, and print specifications.

Coordinate with printers, manufacturers, and suppliers to ensure accurate production.

Review packaging proofs, identify errors, and make corrections before final approval.

Create realistic packaging mockups and product visualisations for presentations and marketing purposes.

3. Brand Development & Quality Control

Develop and maintain brand assets, visual guidelines, and design templates.

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output across all design materials.

Manage multiple design projects and meet agreed deadlines.

Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, and emerging creative tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and packaging design.

Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Practical experience in product packaging, label design, and print-ready artwork preparation.

Good understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, composition, and brand identity.

Knowledge of printing processes, dielines, bleed, colour modes, and production specifications.

Experience creating digital marketing creatives and e-commerce product images.

Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design, packaging design, and print production work.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with Figma.

Knowledge of Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.

Experience designing for Amazon and other e-commerce platforms.

Familiarity with 3D packaging mockups and product visualisation tools.
