Disposition Assistant

**Hiring: Dispositions & Marketing Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time) $7/hr**

Our client is a fast-moving real estate investment company in Jacksonville, Florida. They buy, renovate and resell residential properties, and they need a detail-driven coordinator to market each property and keep it moving until it’s under contract.

The role

Half of this job is marketing and half is deal coordination. You’ll build and send listing campaigns, keep the buyer channels current, schedule showings, follow up with buyers and agents, and track every active property until it sells. Your list of active properties is the one the team relies on, so it’s on you to make sure nothing gets missed.

What you’ll do

• Build a full marketing package for each new property: specs, pricing, comps and photos
• Prep listing photos by organizing, watermarking and resizing them to the company’s standard
• Send email and SMS blasts to buyer and agent lists, including 24-hour “First Look” exclusives for VIP buyers
• Keep the buyer website and listings up to date
• Handle buyer and agent inquiries, and follow up by phone, text and email
• Make follow-up calls to buyers and agents after each blast and showing to gauge interest, get feedback and ask for offers
• Schedule showings and coordinate with the field crew
• Collect offers, send purchase agreements through DocuSign and follow up until they’re signed
• Hand off closed deals to the transaction coordinator with complete details
• Keep trackers, buyer records and weekly status reports clean and current

Requirements

• C1-level English, written and spoken, for confident communication with US buyers, agents and vendors
• Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls every day
• Customer service experience
• Strong Google Sheets skills: you keep trackers organized, accurate and up to date
• Tech savvy and quick to pick up new tools, with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues
• Exceptional organization and follow-up habits: proactive, persistent and process-driven
• Availability during US Eastern business hours, with some flexibility when a deal needs attention
• Stable internet and a reliable computer

Nice to have

• Experience in US real estate: wholesaling, dispositions or an ISA/support role
• Hands-on experience with tools like Mailchimp, SimpleTexting, Podio, Carrot/WordPress, DocuSign or ShowingTime
• Basic photo editing skills or an eye for design
