About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Associate Full Stack Developer who can independently handle end-to-end development of web applications, backend systems, APIs, databases, and mobile applications. The candidate should be capable of building, integrating, testing, deploying, and maintaining software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontend Development: Build responsive web applications and admin dashboards using React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Backend Development: Develop backend services, business logic, and REST APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
• Database Management: Design and manage databases using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL.
• Mobile Development: Develop and maintain Android and iOS applications using Flutter, React Native, or similar frameworks.
• API Integrations: Integrate payment gateways, email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications, and other third-party services.
• Deployment: Deploy and maintain applications using AWS or other cloud platforms.
• Testing & Maintenance: Debug issues, test applications, optimise performance, and maintain existing products.
• AI & Automation: Assist with AI API integrations and workflow automation as required.
• Project Ownership: Understand requirements, manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with the team.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, HTML, and CSS.
• Practical experience with Node.js, Express.js, and REST APIs.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL/MySQL.
• Experience with Git/GitHub and API testing tools such as Postman.
• Understanding of application deployment and basic cloud infrastructure.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

Added Advantage: Experience with Flutter/React Native, AWS, payment gateways, notification services, AI integrations, and automation.

Qualifications

• Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience building and deploying real-world applications is preferred.
• A GitHub profile or project portfolio is an advantage.

Work Location & Attendance

This is a strictly office-based role in Mulund, Mumbai. Daily office attendance is mandatory, Monday to Saturday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Remote or work-from-home arrangements are not available.

Travel allowance will be provided as per company policy.

Pay: ₹383,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
