Payroll Assistant

KNC Group of Companies is a franchisee of Jollibee Food Corporation and is looking for a Payroll Assistant that supports payroll operations by processing employee compensation, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with statutory requirements. This role includes handling payroll transactions, reviewing timekeeping records, resolving employee inquiries, and preparing remittances. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, with a background in finance or accounting and experience in payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and handle the payroll of the assigned stores; final pay process lead.
• Responsible for the compliance application to payroll of statutory and government requirements.
• Responsible for the reconciliation of payroll accounts and ensuring data accuracy.
• Process payroll for employees, including last pay, 13th Month, and SPES (Special Program for the Employment of Students).
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of data and information in the payroll system.
• Review employee attendance and timekeeping.
• Address and resolve employee pay-related concerns raised via Viber and email.
• Prepare remittances on assigned payroll account items.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a business-related field
• 1–2 years of experience in finance
• With accounting background and payroll processing experience
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Good communication skills
• With high level of integrity and confidentiality
• Willing to work on a hybrid working setup at Cubao, Quezon City. 4 days onsite and 1 day WFH.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Cubao: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
