Senior Software Engineer Node.js, Python & Agentic AI

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js and Python, solid Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) fundamentals, and hands-on experience building AI-powered applications using Agentic AI frameworks. The ideal candidate will design and develop scalable backend systems while contributing to next-generation AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and microservices using Node.js and Python.
• Apply OOP principles, design patterns, and software engineering best practices.
• Build and integrate REST APIs, databases, and cloud-native solutions.
• Develop Agentic AI applications leveraging LLMs, RAG, tool integrations, and workflow orchestration.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver business value.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js.
• Deep understanding of OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Knowledge of LLM integration, RAG, vector databases, and AI application architecture.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and modern development practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building enterprise or SaaS products.
• Exposure to healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR/HL7.
• Strong system design and architectural skills.
