AI/ML Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable AI systems and platforms
• Lead development of agentic AI products and autonomous workflows
• Build advanced RAG, memory, planning, and reasoning systems
• Develop production-grade multi-agent architectures
• Optimize AI application performance, reliability, and cost
• Establish evaluation, monitoring, and observability frameworks
• Mentor junior AI engineers and review technical designs
• Collaborate with founders on product and technology strategy
• Drive adoption of emerging AI technologies across products

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of software engineering, AI engineering, or ML engineering experience
• Strong expertise in Python and backend engineering
• Proven experience shipping AI systems to production
• Deep understanding of:

· Agentic AI architectures

· Multi-agent systems

· Tool calling frameworks

· Memory architectures

· RAG and retrieval systems

· LLM evaluation and optimization

· Prompt engineering and reasoning workflows

Strong experience with:

· LangGraph

· LangChain

· CrewAI

· AutoGen

· LlamaIndex

· OpenAI APIs

· HuggingFace

• Experience with vector databases and retrieval infrastructure
• Strong API and distributed systems knowledge
• Experience deploying AI systems on cloud infrastructure
• Ability to independently own projects from architecture to deployment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Voice AI and conversational AI systems
• GPU optimization and inference infrastructure
• Knowledge of AI observability and evaluation tooling
• Experience building enterprise AI products
• Open-source contributions or published technical work
• Experience managing or mentoring engineers
• Strong understanding of modern AI-assisted engineering workflows

Pay: Up to ₹1,700,000.00 per year
