Role Description The Senior Graphic Web Designer is a full-time remote role responsible for shaping the visual identity and digital presence of TalesByDora. This role involves designing and maintaining website layouts, landing pages, and digital assets that support travel campaigns, itineraries, and storytelling. The designer will create graphics for web and social media, develop cohesive branding elements, and ensure visual consistency across all digital touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams, translating conceptual ideas into compelling visuals, optimizing designs for usability and accessibility, and producing assets that enhance user engagement. The Senior Graphic Web Designer will also contribute to creative direction, provide design feedback, and help evolve the brand’s visual systems over time.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design for web and digital experiences.
• Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
• Solid understanding of Typography and layout principles for readable, engaging interfaces.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Sketch, or similar).
• Background in web design, including responsive design, UX/UI best practices, and asset optimization.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating senior-level design work for websites and digital campaigns, ideally in travel, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
