**Key Responsibilities**

• Administer and maintain Palo Alto Networks firewalls and Panorama.

• Configure and manage security policies, NAT rules, routing, zones, address objects, services, and security profiles.

• Support Prisma solutions, GlobalProtect, VPN connectivity, and secure remote access.

• Monitor network performance, firewall traffic, availability, and security events.

• Troubleshoot connectivity, routing, DNS, DHCP, authentication, VPN, and application-access issues.

• Perform firewall upgrades, configuration backups, policy reviews, and security remediation.

• Investigate network and security incidents and perform root-cause analysis.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, service desk, and application teams.

• Execute network changes according to change-management procedures.

• Maintain network diagrams, firewall documentation, operating procedures, and configuration records.

• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and on-call operations.

**Additional Requirements**

• Life sciences project experience.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

• Candidates should be comfortable working rotational shifts and supporting enterprise network operations.

Pay: Up to ₹3,000,000.00 per year
