Senior Director, Product Management, Agentic Platform

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Director, Product Management, Agentic Platform to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This leader will guide the strategy and evolution of a next-generation agentic platform that powers intelligent automation and product innovation. The role will shape foundational platform capabilities, partner closely with engineering and data science, and help translate emerging AI research into scalable customer and revenue-driving solutions.

This is a highly technical product leadership position with significant ownership across platform architecture, model decisioning, and execution from concept through launch. The ideal candidate will also build and mentor a team of senior product managers while helping establish the operating model for a production-grade AI platform.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $192,920 – $303,160 annually

Responsibilities

• Set and execute the multi-year strategy for the agentic platform
• Own core platform primitives and define abstractions for product teams
• Lead custom model training and fine-tuning initiatives
• Build decisioning-model layers for agent actions in collaboration with data science
• Run an R&D program to track and implement emerging research
• Identify and deliver new platform capabilities to drive revenue
• Partner with engineering to ensure production-grade platform infrastructure
• Build and mentor a team of senior and principal PMs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in technical product development, with 3+ years in leadership roles
• Hands-on experience with production agentic systems
• Proven track record of launching AI or agentic products from inception to market
• Fluency in modern agentic technology stack and frameworks
• Technical proficiency to review architecture and prototype code
