Sr. AI Agent Developer (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. AI Agent Developer to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will focus on designing and delivering production-ready AI agents that improve enterprise workflows, decision-making, and operational efficiency.

You will work closely with legal and other cross-functional partners to prototype, refine, and operationalize AI solutions that are effective, cost-conscious, and built for long-term impact.

The position also requires a strong understanding of AI safety, governance, and emerging standards in a fast-evolving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy production-ready AI agents for enterprise workflows
• Rapidly prototype and refine AI agents to optimize performance and cost
• Identify and redesign workflows to integrate AI effectively
• Share expertise and tools with the legal team to enhance AI capabilities
• Continuously evaluate and adapt AI solutions for long-term impact

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python or similar languages for AI/ML applications
• Deep understanding of large language models and AI systems
• Proven experience enhancing decision-making and streamlining workflows with AI
• Knowledge of AI safety, governance, and emerging standards
• Ability to adapt in a fast-evolving AI landscape
• Strong business acumen to align AI solutions with enterprise needs
