Sr Offensive AI Security Engineer II

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Offensive AI Security Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will focus on strengthening security across software, firmware, and AI-enabled workflows in a fast-moving technology environment. The successful candidate will drive offensive security assessments, translate findings into practical remediation, and help shape the organization’s broader AI security posture. This position also partners closely with engineering, security, and leadership teams to improve vulnerability management, testing, and adoption of secure AI practices.

The work will combine hands-on technical assessment with strategy, requiring someone who can identify emerging risks, validate defenses, and influence secure development outcomes across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $157,675 – $238,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Deliver security assessments of software and firmware against AI-driven attacks
• Translate AI security findings into specific fixes for application security
• Identify vulnerabilities using AI-driven validation techniques
• Develop and test AI-enabled security tools and workflows
• Benchmark AI models for security tasks and establish adoption criteria
• Support vulnerability triage and manage the bug bounty program
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to leadership
• Define and drive the AI security strategy for the organization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in application security or related fields with proven impact on application fixes
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows for security applications
• Experience in technical security assessments across software and hardware
• Proficiency in secure coding practices using languages like GoLang
• Familiarity with AI development in AWS and GitHub
