Director, AI Solutions Strategy & Planning

For our client, we are seeking a Director, AI Solutions Strategy & Planning to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will shape the go-to-market direction for AI-driven solutions and help translate technical capabilities into clear business value. The position will partner closely with cross-functional teams to align strategy, governance, and execution across the organization. You will also support pilot programs, sales enablement, and market intelligence efforts that help validate offerings and inform commercial decisions. This is a highly visible role for a strategic leader who can influence stakeholders and drive measurable impact in a fast-moving technology environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $234,000 – $247,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy for AI-driven solutions
• Establish cross-functional alignment and governance across teams
• Launch pilot programs and frameworks to validate AI products with retailer feedback
• Equip sales teams with AI-specific strategies and training materials
• Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to inform decisions

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategy, product commercialization, or GTM planning with measurable market impact
• Experience developing GTM strategies for AI products or enterprise technology
• Deep understanding of AI technologies and their business applications
• Expertise in product positioning, pricing frameworks, and solution packaging
• Strong analytical skills for modeling, forecasting, and performance evaluation
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership and stakeholder influence
• Excellent communication skills for simplifying complex concepts
