Senior Learning Experience Designer

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Learning Experience Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space.

This role will shape modern learning experiences that help revenue teams build skills, practice conversations, and apply knowledge in the flow of work. The position is highly focused on AI-enabled content development, realistic simulations, and performance support that improves seller effectiveness. You will partner closely with leadership to align learning pathways with go-to-market priorities and evolving business needs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $106,320 – $156,300 annually

Responsibilities

• Leverage AI tools to draft and refine learning materials and roleplay scenarios.
• Build AI-driven simulations for realistic sales practice.
• Develop content based on adult learning theory tailored to seller needs.
• Collaborate with leadership to align learning pathways with sales strategies.
• Design performance support assets integrated into seller workflows.
• Transform complex product information into actionable learning experiences.
• Create personalized learning paths based on performance data and skill gaps.
• Implement AI feedback loops for evaluating sales communications.
• Research and integrate emerging AI tools to enhance enablement development.
• Establish best practices for ethical AI tool usage.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in instructional design or sales enablement, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Expert in prompt engineering with LLMs for curriculum and content creation.
• Intermediate experience with AI-enhanced L&D platforms and roleplay tools.
• Hands-on experience with tools like ElevenLabs, Synthesia, and DALL-E.
• Advanced skills in authoring tools like Articulate and Adobe CC.
• Proven ability to create engaging, application-based learning content.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and revenue metrics.
