3D Modeling Virtual Assistant

Job Summary:
Start your next chapter as a creative Junior 3D Visualization Artist with a strong design eye and a solid understanding of spatial design, helping us expand our library of 3D venue models. You’ll recreate real event spaces as accurate, true-to-life 3D models and support our event designers with visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches. Talented graduates and early-career artists with a great portfolio are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand and maintain a library of 3D venue models shared across the creative team
• Recreate real event spaces as accurate, true-to-life models in SketchUp and Enscape, working from floor plans, reference photographs, and 3D venue scans (Polycam)
• Apply realistic materials and textures and check that every model is properly scaled
• Set up careful lighting that shows venues at a high standard
• Create and maintain a well-organized filing system so venues are simple to locate and reuse
• Turn photographs, floor plans, and design references into accurate 3D spaces
• Produce 3D visualizations for smaller client projects and pitches together with our event designers
• Collaborate with the design team and keep growing your design skills

Mandatory Skills:

• Background in interior design, exhibition design, spatial design, architecture, or event design
• Strong understanding of scale, proportion, materials, textures, and lighting
• A portfolio with well-modeled interiors or environments, accurate spatial representation, and realistic textures
• Hands-on experience with a professional 3D modeling and rendering tool (SketchUp, Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, Twinmotion, D5 Render, or similar)
• Ability to work from photographs, floor plans, and design references
• A strong creative eye and excellent attention to detail
• An organized approach to modeling and file management
• Steadfast, detail-aware, and comfortable working on your own
• Strong communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SketchUp and Enscape
• Experience or interest in live events, event production, or exhibitions
• Familiarity with 3D scanning tools such as Polycam
• Exposure to Vectorworks or other CAD tools
• Eagerness to learn and build your design skills
• Able to oversee several projects at the same time
