About The Role We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic IT and App development company operating within the transportation sector. This is a remote, permanent position based in the UK, offering an excellent opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that values innovation and technical excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web and data technologies that support the company’s diverse range of products and services. Reporting directly to the Lead Developer, the role involves collaborating with a team of ten developers to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs and project deadlines.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing new technology solutions, updating existing platforms, liaising with clients and internal teams, participating in meetings, and working within strict deadlines and KPIs. The candidate should demonstrate strong skills in both front-end and back-end development, handling various web and data technologies effectively. This role offers a chance to contribute to innovative projects in a collaborative environment, ensuring continuous professional growth and development.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Full Stack Developer, Software Developer, or in a similar IT role. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly advantageous, reflecting a solid foundation in technical principles. Essential technical skills include strong experience with NodeJS, proficiency with databases such as MySQL or similar, and familiarity with front-end frameworks like VueJS, Angular, or React. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, GIT version control, and experience working in collaborative development environments are also required. Candidates must be UK-based and demonstrate a hardworking, team-oriented attitude, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Benefits This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from £40,000 to £45,000, commensurate with experience. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility and work-life balance, with working hours from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
