Drylining Site Manager

About Us

DVM Global is a specialist contractor delivering drylining, ceilings, SFS, fire protection and bespoke interior solutions across the UK construction sector. Due to continued growth and an expanding project portfolio, we are seeking an experienced Drylining Site Manager to join our operations team.

The Role

Reporting to the Operations Director and Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of drylining and ceiling packages on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from mobilisation through to completion.
• Coordinate labour, materials, plant and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications and programme requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health, safety and environmental compliance.
• Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks and daily briefings.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions where required.
• Complete quality inspections and manage snagging activities.
• Produce site reports and maintain project records.
• Support commercial teams with variations and progress assessments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing drylining and ceiling packages.
• Proven experience on large commercial, residential, hotel or student accommodation projects.
• Strong understanding of drylining systems, suspended ceilings, fire stopping and partitioning.
• SMSTS, CSCS Manager Card and First Aid at Work.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and programmes.
