Job Summary

Seeking an experienced RPA Architect to lead enterprise automation, AI-enabled transformation, and intelligent process optimization. The candidate will design scalable automation solutions using UiPath, Blue Prism, Salesforce integrations, and cloud-based AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead automation initiatives from process discovery and feasibility assessment through deployment and production support.
  • Design scalable RPA solutions integrating UiPath, Blue Prism, Salesforce Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud, and cloud AI.
  • Identify process optimization opportunities and deliver measurable operational improvements.
  • Prepare BRD, FRD, PDD, and SDD documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technology teams using Agile/Scrum.
  • Support UAT, test planning, defect management, release coordination, and stakeholder reporting.
  • Develop automation frameworks, governance standards, and Tableau dashboards.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of enterprise technology, automation, business analysis, or digital transformation experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPath and Blue Prism.
  • Mandatory: Google Cloud AI Agents certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud/Marketing Cloud integrations and cloud-based AI automation.
  • Strong business process analysis, SQL, relational databases, and query optimization skills.
  • Experience with Tableau, Jira, SharePoint, Agile/Scrum, and requirements documentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Preferred

Enterprise-scale automation transformation, reusable RPA frameworks, automation governance, social listening workflows, and customer engagement automation.

Mandatory Screening
