Title : AWS Lead (Cross-Workstream) – Modernization & Migration Lead with .Net (Fulltime role remote)
Compensation Range: C2 - Range $165K to $180K Base + 15% C2 Bonus
Location : Remote, USA
Job Description Summary Seeking a hands-on 12 + Years AWS Modernization and Migration Lead with deep expertise in C#/VB .NET → .NET on Linux migration, Amazon EKS, and ATX adoption. The ideal candidate must have proven experience assessing legacy .NET applications, defining modernization strategies, and leading migrations from Windows-hosted .NET applications to containerized Linux environments on AWS.
This is a highly technical role requiring active involvement in architecture, application assessment, dependency analysis, containerization, Kubernetes/EKS implementation, CI/CD enablement, and modernization execution across multiple workstreams.
