Job Title: Senior Copilot Studio & Power Platform Developer
Location: Remote
Position Summary
Were looking for an AI specialist who builds agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio, not a traditional Power Platform developer with a bit of Copilot exposure.
The non-negotiable: youve built 2-3 Copilot Studio agents and can walk us through them end to end: the use case, the architecture, what broke, and how you fixed it.
We want someone who has dealt with the problems AI engineers face, but in a low-code environment.
Technical Experience
Must Have
- 5+ years of Power Platform development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong experience building and supporting Power Automate Cloud Flows.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, business rules, security roles, and data modeling.
- Experience building Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven Apps).
- Experience integrating with SharePoint Online.
- Experience integrating enterprise systems using REST APIs, custom connectors, and HTTP actions.
- General awareness of artificial intelligence, generative AI, and conversational AI concepts.
- Experience working with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and related services.
- Understanding of application lifecycle management, solution packaging, release management, and deployment processes.
- Understanding of SDLC and experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
