- Able to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
- Interested in a long-term position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role
- Excited to grow alongside a collaborative, mission-driven practice
Preferred qualifications include:

- Approximately 20 hours per week to start
- Hours are expected to increase over time as the practice and responsibilities of the position grow, with the goal of developing this into a full-time role over the next year
- Fully remote
- Applicants must have consistent weekday availability during normal business hours (Monday–Friday)
- A consistent weekly work schedule is required. While we strive to offer flexibility whenever possible, applicants should be able to commit to a schedule that aligns with the operational needs of the practice.
