Job Description

Hygiena seeks a CRM & Integration Delivery Lead to align priorities for the Dynamics 365 CRM and Azure integration roadmap. You will translate business needs into a sequenced delivery plan, hold developers and architects accountable, and guide trade-offs on scope. This is a non hands-on leadership role with no coding duties.

You will coordinate with ERP and vendor teams, manage release cycles, and produce delivery metrics to inform leadership. Collaboration across global teams is expected.
