Your Impact And Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction, structure, and user experience of our primary web platform to elevate stakeholder engagement and strengthen brand presence.
• Oversee daily web operations, including managing content updates, page maintenance, and new page builds using enterprise-level CMS platforms like Drupal, translating design concepts from tools like Figma into accurate, on-brand live web pages.
• Drive content optimization for all digital assets, including news, press releases, and thought leadership, ensuring clarity, structure, and maximum discoverability across traditional search and AI-powered answers.
• Act as the primary liaison for all web requests, meticulously scoping, prioritizing, and managing deliverables with internal partners and leadership.
• Champion quality assurance and launch readiness, meticulously reviewing all updates for accuracy, design fidelity, functionality, and ADA compliance.
• Lead accessibility initiatives, utilizing industry-standard tools and guidelines to identify and resolve issues, ensuring an inclusive digital experience for all users.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, search algorithm updates, and AI search trends using tools like Google Analytics, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with IT and external agency partners to implement technical enhancements, manage releases, and ensure the continuous evolution of our digital infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive web governance standards, templates, and best practices to ensure a consistent and high-quality digital experience.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of progressive experience in web management, content strategy, digital marketing, or SEO.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise CMS platforms, specifically Drupal, including content management, page building (e.g., Drupal Lightning Builder), and understanding of component-based architecture.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex websites and significantly improving content performance, user experience, and organic visibility.
• Proficiency in managing stakeholder intake processes and adeptly prioritizing competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to effectively manage agency, vendor, and IT partners on web-related projects, ensuring clear communication and successful outcomes.
• Solid working knowledge of ADA/WCAG accessibility standards and fundamental technical SEO principles.
• Strong content optimization skills, balancing search performance, AI discoverability, and exceptional user experience.
• Excellent project management and prioritization capabilities, with a track record of managing multiple initiatives and adapting to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a rigorous approach to quality control, with a habit of thorough self-review.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical topics into easily understandable language for diverse audiences.
