Job Description
Core Role
- Manage intake, research, and prioritization for integration connectors, while porting trending open-source AI agent skills to the marketplace and maintaining listing quality.
Must-Haves
- Program Management Habits: Runs queues, Linear backlogs, trackers, and weekly cadences independently.
- “Chronically Online” AI Builder: Active on X, GitHub, OpenAI/Anthropic marketplaces, and open-source forums; spots trending agent skills before they peak.
- Hands-on Technical Comfort: Experience with AI agents, MCP (Model Context Protocol), SKILL.md, plugins, Markdown/config files, Git/GitHub, and PR workflows.
- Note: Heavy software engineering background is not required; Perplexity’s AI agent (“Computer”) aids with coding/scripting tasks.
- Product Copywriter: Strong writing skills for clear, consistent marketplace listings.
- Top Skills:
- Younger mid-level Program Lead who is organized and very AI proficient.
- Candidate should have some experience with AI trends, OpenAI/Anthropic marketplace, open source.
