Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and define AI use cases.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for AI/GenAI initiatives.
- Evaluate and recommend AI architectures, frameworks, and solution approaches.
- Collaborate with AI Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Project Managers.
- Support design of AI Agent, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, solution reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
- Ensure explainability, traceability, governance, and responsible AI practices are considered during solution design.
- Assist in AI product delivery using Agile methodologies.
- Evaluate AI outputs, risks, and business adoption strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
- 5+ years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 3 years focused on AI/ML, Generative AI, RAG, or Agentic AI platforms.
- Strong understanding of LLMs and Generative AI ecosystems.
- Experience working with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, or similar AI platforms.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalent agent frameworks.
- Understanding of RAG architectures, vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge management approaches.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
