Job Description
• $100–$170 per hour
• 100% remote
• Part-time
• Fully flexible schedule
Work on the cutting edge of legal AI, on your own schedule, and get paid for the employment law judgment you already have.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by real legal professionals. The teams building them need employment lawyers who can create realistic employment law scenarios, assess whether AI-generated analyses and documents are accurate and complete, write the corrections a practicing lawyer would give, and show precisely where the reasoning breaks down. Your judgment becomes part of how the next generation of legal AI models works. This is that work, done remotely around your current practice.
What you’ll do
• Create employment law scenarios that test key legal issues and risks
• Assess AI-generated employment law analyses and arguments for accuracy and completeness
• Write clear, structured corrections for AI-generated legal documents
• Point out errors, missing information and weaknesses in the AI’s reasoning
Why this is worth your time
• Get paid $100–$170 an hour to build real AI skills, on top of your current job
• Work directly with frontier AI legal tools and see how they are built, tested and improved, experience most employment lawyers will not have for years
• Build a career edge for what comes next: AI is reshaping employment law, and the lawyers who understand it from the inside will lead that change
• Fully remote, fully flexible, no minimum shift, no commute
Who this is for
• A J.D. earned at a U.S. law school
• At least one active bar license issued by a U.S. state or the District of Columbia
• Substantive legal practice spanning more than three years, plus strong skills in legal reasoning, issue spotting, document review and written English communication
• No AI experience needed. You bring the expertise; we bring the training on the tools.
Pay and details
• $100–$170 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
• Fully flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
