The mission

Define clinical governance for the company: the standards used to vet and support the independent licensed clinicians in our provider network, the boundaries between agency support staff and clinical practice, and the quality measures we hold ourselves to. Independent clinicians retain full responsibility for their own clinical judgment, documentation, and billing.

  • Recruit and convene a clinical advisory group
  • Define the quality measures the company reports on
  • Keep clinical standards aligned with Georgia licensing and regulatory requirements
  • Advise the founder on clinical implications of product and operating decisions
