Remote Patient & Provider Support Agent

Weekend Nights:

• Fri-Sunday 7pm-7am ET
• Can pick up another 4 hours during week to hit 40 hours
• MUST be conversational in Spanish

DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring a customer support professional to assist patients and medical offices with sleep testing. You’ll answer questions, help patients use testing equipment, process orders, and keep accurate records in a busy healthcare setting.

Schedules vary and may include daytime, evening, overnight, weekend, or holiday shifts to support a 24/7 help line.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls and messages, providing clear, friendly guidance on equipment setup, testing steps, and device returns.
• Contact patients with reminders and follow up on incomplete tests.
• Assist medical offices with order questions, patient updates, and testing progress.
• Review and enter incoming orders, following up with providers to obtain missing information.
• Document interactions accurately and protect patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Resolve routine concerns and refer urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team leader.
• Support teammates during busy periods and provide clear handoffs between shifts.

Strong communication skills, patience, attention to detail, and a reliable approach to work. You should be comfortable handling a steady volume of calls and messages, navigating computer systems, and working collaboratively while meeting service and accuracy expectations.

Experience:

• Call Center Customer Support: 2 years (Required)

Shift availability:

• Overnight Shift
