Summary
The AI & Automation Product Owner will lead the hands-on identification, development, deployment, and adoption of AI-powered solutions and automation across JCHR. This is a highly practical and hands-on role. You will work directly with business teams to understand problems, identify where AI and automation can help, build and configure solutions, test them with users, and continuously improve them based on results. You will also play a key role in helping JCHR become an organization that understands how to use AI effectively and responsibly.

The ideal candidate is someone equally comfortable talking to a business user about a problem, building an AI solution, working in Power Automate, and teaching someone how to use it.

Duties and Responsibilities
AI Product Development

• Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity, quality, decision-making, or business processes.
• Work with stakeholders across JCHR to understand problems and translate them into practical AI solutions.
• Lead AI initiatives from concept through deployment, adoption, and ongoing improvement.
• Build and configure AI-powered solutions using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and other emerging AI technologies.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept quickly to validate ideas before investing significant resources.
• Evaluate AI solutions based on measurable business outcomes rather than technology alone.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of AI opportunities and initiatives.

AI Agents and Automation

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents and workflows.
• Develop Power Automate workflows and other automation solutions that integrate AI into existing business processes.
• Identify opportunities to eliminate repetitive manual work through automation and AI.
• Work with technical teams when solutions require custom development, integrations, data engineering, or additional security controls.
• Establish repeatable patterns and best practices for building AI solutions at Jaeb.

AI Enablement

• Help employees across Jaeb understand how to effectively use AI in their daily work.
• Develop practical AI literacy content, demonstrations, training, and “how-to” guidance.
• Support Jaeb’s AI community and ongoing AI enablement activities.
• Identify and share successful AI use cases across teams so that good ideas can be reused rather than reinvented.
• Help employees move beyond basic prompting toward effective AI-assisted workflows.

Responsible AI

• Help ensure AI solutions are developed and used in accordance with Jaeb’s AI policies, security requirements, and regulatory obligations.
• Understand when AI is appropriate and when it is not.
• Incorporate appropriate human review, accountability, testing, and validation into AI solutions.
• Partner with technology, security, compliance, and business stakeholders when AI solutions involve sensitive or regulated information.

Success in the First Year

• A growing portfolio of AI solutions delivering measurable value to Jaeb.
• Multiple AI agents and automated workflows actively being used by employees.
• A healthy pipeline of prioritized AI opportunities.
• Demonstrable reductions in manual effort for selected business processes.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

• Ability to identify and prioritize opportunities for AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Strong product management skills, including discovery, requirements, prioritization, roadmaps, and outcome measurement.
• Understanding of generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and AI evaluation.
• Experience designing deterministic workflows and business process automation, including Power Automate or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development, APIs, data, integrations, security, and SDLC concepts.
