UI/UX Designer

We’re Hiring: Senior UI/UX Designer Experience: 3–5 Years

Are you passionate about creating intuitive, accessible, and engaging digital experiences? We’re looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer who can own end-to-end product design and leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and validation.

What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end design, from user research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to drive design decisions.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable component libraries in Figma.
• Create responsive, accessible web and mobile experiences aligned with WCAG guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, clients, and stakeholders.
• Ensure design quality through developer handoff and implementation reviews.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to design reviews.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of experience in UI/UX or product design, with a strong portfolio.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, Auto Layout, and prototyping.
• Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Hands-on experience with user research and usability testing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and agile product development.
• Excellent communication and client presentation skills.

AI Tools & Workflow

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Figma AI, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Familiarity with AI prototyping tools such as Figma Make, v0, or Lovable.
• Ability to integrate AI into the design process while ensuring quality, accessibility, and data privacy.

Good to Have

• Experience designing AI-powered features such as chat assistants or copilots.
• Motion design and micro-interaction skills.
• Experience working on enterprise products or platforms.
