About the Role

To win in Europe, Joybuy needs to feel local: present in the moments, communities and conversations that matter to our customers. As Integrated Marketing Manager, you will make that happen.

This is a hands-on role spanning external partnerships, events, communications, onsite campaigns and product-led marketing. You will bring creative ideas to life and connect them with the right products, promotions and business results, building Joybuy’s local relevance and commercial impact across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Build partnerships with brands, media, sports events, communities and lifestyle platforms.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Lead event marketing, co-marketing, topical campaigns and local activations.
• Drive key commercial moments such as Black Friday, Christmas, Spring Sale and 618 Summer Black Friday.
• Develop onsite promotions, product launches, category campaigns and weekly or monthly commercial moments.
• Work closely with Country, Category, Brand, Paid Media, PR, CRM and Operations teams.
• Identify the right products, hero SKUs and customer opportunities for each campaign.
• Track campaign performance, including traffic, new users, conversion, campaign GMV and product sales uplift.
• Turn successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks.

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of experience in integrated marketing, partnerships, brand marketing or e-commerce.
• Ideally, experience on both the brand or e-commerce side and the agency side.
• Strong creative thinking and campaign planning skills.
• Experience in partnerships, events, communications or local market activation.
• A good understanding of products, promotions, customer journeys and e-commerce operations.
• Strong commercial sense and the ability to connect marketing activity with GMV.
• Excellent resource integration and project management skills.
• Hands-on, flexible and comfortable in a fast-changing environment.
• Local market knowledge and an existing partnership or agency network.
• Experience with TikTok, social platforms, sports, lifestyle or community marketing.
