Overview
We’re looking for an energetic Restaurant Manager to join the team at JEJU, a modern Korean/Japanese restaurant near Elephant & Castle. This is a great opportunity for a driven restaurant professional to take on a key leadership role in a fast-paced, casual dining environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Supervise and mentor floor staff, fostering a collaborative environment and achieving continuous improvement
- Manage food safety protocols diligently, adhering to hygiene standards and regulatory requirements at all times
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless serving of dishes and exceptional guest experiences
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant environment is required
- Fluency in both English and Mandarin is essential for this role
- Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in restaurant environments
- Hands-on experience in food service and maintaining high hospitality standards
Pay: Up to £36,000.00 per year
