Who are we looking for?

We’re searching for a Laravel Developer who enjoys solving complex problems and is eager to learn. You’ll be working alongside other talented people in our Technology department and helping maintain a strong engineering culture of expertise, fun, and collaboration. This role would suit a Back‑end Developer who wants a long‑term career in a growing company, with the opportunity to advance technically and progress professionally.

This is a remote role, with occasional office visits for training, development with the project architects and Team Leads, collaboration, and getting to know colleagues in person.

You will be working with…

Required:

Have strong PHP experience and are comfortable in a large, mature Laravel codebase

Understand MCP/Agentic tooling

Understand API design

Desired:

Have worked with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)

Have experience with Elasticsearch or similar search platforms
