US based Physician - Clinical AI Annotator

iMerit Scholars brings together skilled professionals from around the world to help build safer, more accurate and more culturally aware AI. We’re inviting a select group of US based physicians to participate in a paid, remote project supporting the development and evaluation of clinical AI tools for a major global technology company.

About the Opportunity

You’ll review electronic health records, clinical scenarios, and AI generated responses, providing your expert clinical judgment to help evaluate the safety, accuracy, and clinical reasoning of AI systems. The work is fully remote, flexible, and designed for experienced physicians who want to contribute to the responsible advancement of healthcare AI while working at the intersection of medicine and technology.

Required Qualifications:

• US based physician with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience after medical school graduation

• Active US medical license

• Background in Internal Medicine, including Hospitalists; Family Medicine; Med Peds; Preventive or Public Health Medicine; General Pediatrics; Primary Care, or another broad clinical practice

• Strong clinical reasoning and medical decision making skills

• Experience reviewing and interpreting electronic health records and clinical documentation

• Strong written communication and attention to detail

About the Project-

Commitment: 10 hours per week for 8-9 weeks, including onboarding, training, guideline review, and project tasks.

Compensation: Paid contract engagement

Format: Fully remote and flexible to your availability, with onboarding, guideline review, and brief training provided.
